Bruna Barros has more than 10 years of experience in Financial Consulting and Accounting Audit (KPMG, EY, Deloitte and PwC), Internal Controls and Business Continuity (LATAM, Bradesco, Siemens, Sanofi Pasteur), and Governance, Institutional Relation and Policies Public (State of São Paulo). Today she works as a public manager of entrepreneurship and microcredit with a focus on execution and regulatory review, on finance digitization, debureaucratization projects and articulation of partnerships for government programs.Since 2021, she has been working as Undersecretary of Entrepreneurship for SMEs and Microcredit of the State of São Paulo at the Secretariat of Economic Development, where she has held a position of special technical advice for Competitiveness, Productivity and Entrepreneurship since 2019. She has been Fiscal Counselor at the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo since 2020, Counselor at the State Council for Participation and Development of the Black Community of São Paulo (CPDCN), and also participates in the Guidance Councils of the Popular Productive Credit Investment Fund of São Paulo (COF).She is a fellowmember at Movimento Acredito, RAPS, RenovaBR, Programa ProLíder and is a Fiscal Council member of the Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, where she also works as a volunteer on the Public Policy and Racial Equality Committees.She is a Master's student in Public Policy (2022) at Insper, a Postgraduate MBA in International Business at BI International (2014) with executive specializations at the Picker Center at Columbia University at SIPA, in Management Macroeconomic Risk in Emerging Markets (2014), and in Johns Hopkins at SAIS, in International Economics, Political and International Development (2014) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from FECAP (2008) and has extensive knowledge of Laws nº 12.846/13 - Anti-Corruption Law, Law nº 13.709/18 - General Protection Law of Personal Data (LGPD), Law No. 14,133/21 – New Law on Bidding and Administrative Contracts, Complementary Law 182/2021 - Legal framework for startups, Law No. 10,973/04 – Law on Incentives for Innovation and R&D, as well as Bacen regulations and CMN of Law 12,865/13 - SPB legal framework, Res.
