- Entertain and develop intimate relationships with clients and prospective clients through creative means, identifying areas for increased engagement and loyalty and executing new initiatives. - Contribute to premium renewal processes, including ideation sessions, building programs, and engaging in strategic planning and execution of exclusive premium year-long experiences and initiatives to align with member’s core objectives. - Propose creative ideas to the team that will enhance the Premium Membership platform, including developing new benefit programs, gifting, special events and ways to exceed clients’ expectations.- Work closely with the larger internal Marketing team on the strategy, planning, analysis, and execution of key premium service projects and campaigns, including custom insights for premium members and increased guest experience and engagement.- Serve as the lead on premium research and measurement initiatives across the Premium team, proactively identifying exclusive and unique opportunities and customized service initiatives for current and future members.- Conduct and utilize research to communicate data insights that aide in developing strategies for premium stakeholders and support the development and execution of consumer engagement strategies through the CRM platform and mobile application (content, loyalty, consumer behavior reporting, etc.)

- Coordinate Single Game Suites rental needs from sale to onsite gameday liaison, to post gameday rental follow up. This includes introductions to suite catering contact, ticketing, and game day experience. - Manage Premium accounts in Mystic Lake’s Club Purple Couches and selected Suites regarding touch points, relationship building, gifting and event programs. This includes the entire 365 experience i.e., events, benefits, recaps, surprise/delights and assist with all renewal efforts. - Development of exclusive Vikings premium programs, including branding, content and overall experience.- Lead creative and strategic planning for annual gifting and exclusive premium year-long experiences and events.- Create and manage strategic communications to Premium clients regarding premium game day experience, exclusive offerings, and premium service programs. - Enhance customer experience efforts with the use of appropriate technologies, surveying, and CRM platforms.

- Assist in managing premium service on all Suites and Mystic Lake’s Club Purple Couches regarding touch points, relationship building, gifting and event programs. - Manage the Black Jacket Team for all Vikings Game Days, as well as premium events at U.S. Bank Stadium and Twin Cities Orthopedics Center.- Fulfill all suite/premium account requests for non-Vikings event use including, communication of events, ticket fulfillment, special requests and event presence.

- Assisted patrons by answering questions or helping them to their seats, scanning tickets, and ensuring a friendly and positive work environment.- Executed changeover shifts, assisting with the setup of the events and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility during events.- Reinforced building, university and event policies by interacting with patrons and operating metal detectors as security measures.
