In my second role at DP World Santos, I served as a Supervisor of Systems Development from 2015 to 2017, when I left the company. During this time, I developed and implemented several processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Supplier Management, and software development and quality processes. I was responsible for leading a technical outsourcing team in various software development projects.

As a Systems Analyst at Embraport, which later became DP World Santos, I had two important roles during my five-year tenure.In my first role, I started as a Junior Systems Analyst in 2012 and was promoted to Pleno Analyst one year later. I was responsible for developing the container scheduling systems for the terminal during its construction period. After the start of operations in 2013, I began working on the maintenance of all the terminal's operational systems. Three projects stand out during this period: 1) the container scheduling system, considered one of the best in Brazil; 2) the gate automation system, which made the terminal an international reference for its extremely low gate operation times; and 3) the suspended container weighing system, which brought several million reais in savings to the terminal and was nominated for innovation awards in Brazil and abroad. I started at this company in 2009 as a technical support analyst, where I performed maintenance on computers, networks, and other technology equipment. In 2010, I joined the software development team as a tester and successfully implemented the first software quality process for the company. That same year, I became part of the business analysis team, where I was responsible for gathering and specifying functional requirements. In 2011, I transitioned to the role of developer, where I supported the terminal's billing systems and monitored software vendors. From 2003 to 2008, I was the owner of HardSoft Tecnologia, a technology services company that focused on selling and maintaining computers and printers, installing computer networks, and providing user support.
