I am a Product Designer passionate about creating innovative and user-centered solutions. I have a degree in Product Design from the Federal University of Paraíba and a postgraduate degree in User Experience (UX) from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University.Currently, at Control It, a technology company focused on developing software for business management, I lead projects involving research, prototyping, and user interface testing. Additionally, I actively contribute to product strategy definition, continuous improvement of customer experience, and development of new features.Outside the corporate environment, I am an English teacher and Korean language student. Through dynamic and interactive classes, I share my linguistic knowledge with students of different ages and proficiency levels. I deeply believe in the power of education and language learning as means of personal enrichment and global connection.
