- Perform link budget analysis for IntelsatOne Flex product and manage the export, validation and version control to visualize the output in our inventory tools.- Support the IntelsatOne Flex return optimization process. - Perform version control on the operational loading (casefiles) for EpicNG assets.- Maintain a database of EpicNG service loading and interact with Tableau reporting team to deliver operational-focused reports- Support creation of diagnostic reports to identify exceptions.- Monitor spectrum of capacity that has been targeted for upcoming contracts to proactively identify challenges.- Monitor utilization of leased spectrum of high demand capacity where approved transmission plans utilization fall below a given percentage.- Create and review trouble tickets, operational discrepancies and events to improve performance and communication within the operational team.- With supervision, provide operational support and timely response of phone calls and emails through the triage process. Matters include but not limited to; OU service bookings/activations and issues, customer accesses, carrier measurements, peak/pols and internal/external customer notifications.- Utilize tools and demonstrate a basic level of proficiency to interpret and troubleshoot RF, digital video and audio IP signals while working closely with customers to maintain all service level agreements.

- Knowledge of satellite communication and Intelsat solutions for capacity (full time and OU - AOR assets) and managed services (Flex, AgileCore, Iron Route)- Ensure customer support is provided for business continuity while designated Sales Directors are away from the office- Proactively contact leads to identify needs and follow-up requests- Actively work on assigned accounts and liaison with Sales Directors to work on Renewals and or New Business for such accounts - Support Sales Director on internal processes to move opportunities from leads to contracts- Support Sales Director on pricing/quoting, work orders, credits, job cost sheets, customer change forms and MyIntelsat requests- Field in-bound calls from customers requesting pricing, availability and other information- Collaborate with the appropriate Intelsat department to creatively identify solutions for customer requests, including CSE, Product Management, Business Management, Legal and Finance, reviewing solutions with assigned Sales Director and then presenting them to the customer- Create SFDC Pipeline reports for weekly Sales meetings- Assist assigned Sales Directors in gathering market intelligence to generate new leads/opportunities,- Maintain a lead information sheet to keep track of leads that come through the system and convert to opportunities- Assist in the preparation of Sales presentations and reports
