Branding and communication: I’m responsible for the entire communication of the project (strategic, tactical and operational); construction of the brand book and monitoring of materials and company contact points related to the brand and product, to ensure that they follow the guidelines of the brand; creation of go to market strategies and related materials.UX Writing: creation and validation of application-oriented content, focusing on improving the flow according to insights from direct contact with users.Product Marketing: creation of strategies and materials for POCs and customer tipping; monitoring the evolution of the product by actively participating in tests and discovery; direct interface with product teams.Data: tracking and analysis of metrics such as click rate, DAU, WAU, MAU, engagement, activation, impressions, UTMs and growth; data reading in app stores and other specific tools, with a focus on mobile.CX: customer follow-up at all stages of the POC; B2B and B2C service; monitoring of app stores, passing on possible product problems to the responsible teams; creation of workflow and training for the entire company, with a main focus on sales and CS teams.Community Manager: application of all the strategic, tactical and operational aspects involving the users' community journey (setup, activation, onboarding, engagement and moderation); mentoring and monitoring the creation of content and engagement strategies made by other company teams involved in the project. With activation, onboarding and engagement strategies, we managed to go from 0 to 197 members in a digital community in 10 days.Social Media: strategic planning of a new profile on social networks, with mood board, study of feed types, setup, co-creation of visual identity, editorial calendar, definition of success metrics, copywriting (writing and review) and monitoring of visual materials to be scheduled when the product is released.
