I created periodical reports, trackers and dashboards for the senior management team to enable decision-making. I tracked, and continuously improved business performance and ensured consistency and accuracy of data across all reporting applications. I was also involved in the annual budgeting process.

I identified risks and provided periodical financial forecasts to manage and mitigate financial risk exposure. I developed business plans and strategies to maximise revenue generation opportunities from existing segments and identified new segments for business development. I provided transaction processing and offshore support for Lloyds TSB. I was involved in planning and allocating tasks to the team, managing their training and development and ensuring that customer SLAs are met and/or exceeded. I also provided reports and commentary on the performance of the team to key stakeholders.
