I am currently an Engineering Technologist at Amentum working on the Orion Crew Survival Systems. Previously as a Lead Technician at Collins Aerospace, I provided support from facility gas supplies to building test rigs working with engineers to provide efficient and safe products. While working at Jacobs, I was a part of building the bulk gas storage at building 7 JSC, as well as a vacuum operator for Chamber A and B. I graduated from Aviation Institute of Maintenance acquiring an Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P). While at AIM I maintained a role in the National Technical Honor Society. Before returning to school I diagnosed, maintained, and rebuilt CAT marine diesel engines for Mustang Cat for 2 years utilizing my Certificate of Diesel Technologies from San Jacinto College. I was in the US Navy for 4 years as an Aviation Structural Mechanic working on F-18F. While in the Navy I had the privilege of mentoring several other sailors who became highly sought after mechanics.
