I've been in tech since 2015, with extensive experience in leading teams, sales, account management, and partnerships. My journey in leadership began managing a small inside sales team at fintech Pagar.me, where I honed my coaching skills. I've since contributed to the success of leading fintechs in Brazil, including Stone, MercadoPago, and Hash.In 2019, I crossed the Atlantic to join Bookiply in Portugal, starting as their first employee in the country.
