Provided timely technical maintenance and support to customers of a Trade Promotion Management/Optimization web application, honoring Service Level Agreements. Application developed in C# .NET and interfaced to Oracle/MS SQL databases. Interfaced between customers and core product developers, acting in customer-facing and mid-tier support roles. Performed software patches and major version upgrades. Analyzed issues to categorize into incidents, user errors, or program defects.• maintained interfaces syncing data between our systems and 3rd party systems throughout system updates on both sides.
