Managed Quality Assurance/Quality Control program to install 950 pre-cast panels on new buildings, including the headquarters, new lab facility generator room, electrical plant and auditorium.• Inspected and measured the panels daily for size specification, variance in color, voids and for chip damages or cracks voids.• Wrote daily reports on the findings of the work scope and the delivered materials to meet engineering requests.• Scheduled the installation of a minimum of 15 panels per day with a crew of ten and crane operator.• Held weekly meetings to discuss panel progress, customer purchases and transportation of panels.

Africa/Miami Airport

AFRICA GUINEA PROJECT: Oversaw the build of an 3 camps in different areas of the jungle for miners. Hired and managed all subcontractors, ordered materials, processed change orders and time and material paperwork.• Oversaw an International team of 300 men that included local tribal men that spoke broken French, foremen from Canada, South Africa, Brazil, Italy, Iran, and the United States. • Met daily with purchaser to approve all materials for expedited delivery. • Held daily meetings with foremen and determined best practices for accomplishing goals. Negotiated with the foremen and owners on equipment leasing/purchases and crew selection due to customs back-up and slow transportation to building site.• Built kitchen and dining areas, recreation building, two swimming pools and weight rooms for miners. SUPERINTENDENT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:Projects included new construction of the North and South Terminals. Projects exceeded $2 billion.• Project spanned 6 yrs in order to demolish the existing concourses and rebuild new ones. Work included elevators, escalators, baggage claim conveyors, International terminal along with customs & TSA areas. • Managed all subcontractors/coordinated weekly meetings during both terminal projects. Followed strict safety guidelines working with eleven to eighteen different crews ranging from 100 to 1900 persons at one time. • Reported to the general superintendent on a weekly basis to update on project timelines & budget. Ran sub-meetings with 3 foremen twice a week to keep communication lines open and project moving on schedule as well as to ensure quality measures and control.• Dealt with General Trades Contractor/ Owners/Architects/ Engineers. • Supervised 15 different size projects going on concurrently on work including drywall, painting, ceramic tile, glass, lighting, MEP, plumbing, flooring, railing, and ADA requirements. Successfully completed punch lists of approximately 1500 items per project
