• Telemetry Data for Underground Mine Vehicles project for Vale Canada:Telemetry project for underground vehicles at Vale's mines in Canada, responsible for configuring and maintaining data flow from various suppliers and collaborating with their technicians to ensure accurate integration for equipment in IIoT remote networks. Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Utilized PI Connector for UFL and PI Adapter for MQTT for data collection in PI. Structured asset hierarchies in PI AF and developed analyses to validate data quality. Developed and maintained PI Vision dashboards for stakeholders. Ensured the integrity and continuous flow of telemetry data for process optimization, maintenance improvements, and increased production.

• Control Loop Management project for Nexa Resources:Managed the development of a control loop management project in an ore processing plant, which involved creating PI AF structures to monitor the quality and health of approximately 100 control loops. Oversaw the creation of 20 analyses per loop to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. Utilized analytical tools to detect anomalies and trends, and provided reports to management to support data-driven decision-making.• OSIsoft PI System Implementation project for Cimento Itambé:Led the implementation of the PI System from scratch in a cement manufacturing plant, overseeing the installation and configuration of the PI server, as well as the integration of approximately 15,000 tags via 4 OPC interfaces and 5 UFL interfaces. Utilized PI Asset Framework to structure the tags, creating 40 templates and 200 assets. Developed analytical models in PI AF to calculate product quality and created Event Frames and Notifications to monitor the production process. Finally, designed custom dashboards in PI Vision to provide a visual representation of key performance indicators.

• Chain of Custody Management project for Norsk Hydro:Chain of custody management project for a bauxite mining company, which involved integrating the PI System with the LIMS system using RDBMS Interface and developing analyses and Event Frames in PI AF to track each batch's progress and quality through the entire production process, from mining to dewatering.

• OSIsoft PI System Development project for Guardian Industries:Led the creation, configuration, and parameterization of Tags in the PI Data Archive, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Developed and maintained hierarchies in the PI Asset Framework to facilitate efficient data analysis and visualization. Developed analyses and dashboards in PI Vision to enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Contributed to the development of governance documentation and trained end-users on the system's capabilities and functionalities.
