In June 2022, I've been promoted to the position of Software Brazil Business Partner Quote to Cash Senior Professional (Iteration Manager/Team Leader).This role is responsible to manage daily activities from the BP team, conducts special projects and manage highest priorities and complex requests, delegate easy and medium tasks to team members, interact with BUEs/Customers/Sales Reps/Stakeholders in general such as CFOs, Legal and Tax to understand their requirements, negotiates with specified objectives, articulates and compare alternatives approaches, contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements and impact customer satisfaction or impact immediate costs or expenses, removes any impediments blocking the billing team's progress, assists in processes alignments to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions, set and implement timelines to achieve goals, performs Agile ceremonies ensuring it's up to date, understands departmental mission and vision, provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization, conduct training sessions for the team members, provide communication and feedbacks to the team, and whenever necessary acts as Operational backup for 1st line Manager in vacation and Out of office periods.

I've been promoted to the position of Software Brazil Quote to Cash Analyst on April, 2018. It's a role related to Direct deals, working face-to-face with Sales Reps and the final customer. This role performs supply and demand transactions across the extended enterprise and supports a collaborative network for processes from opportunity to cash. Activities may include but are not limited to proposal/quote preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, basic contract/agreement preparation, hourly service invoicing, customer master record, and end-to end transactions. In addition, being responsible for maintaining client relationships by supporting the fulfillment process, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity.

I was transferred to PPA & FCT Q2C Team on April 2016. In that team, I provided fully support US and Canada for all FCT (flexible contract type) processes and focus on Sales order processing on-premise (without additional charges) only. Responsible for submitting Special Bid Quotes, FOD (firm order documents) validating/processing, monitoring of order issues, requests interpretation, revision of customer contracts, credit requests submission to IGF (IBM Global Financing), monitoring of tax exemption issues, responsible to support Sales Rep requests for all revenue, maintaining a close working relationship with customers, sales executives and Accounts Receivable Dept.

Acting as Coordinator in Acquisitions (Contact Verification Dept) into the SaaS (Software as a Service) Team, ensuring the accuracy of customer/companies information during the transition of new IBM acquisitions and assisting in metrics and weekly reports. Direct relationship by email and telephone with sales representatives, IBM customers and new customers at Global level. Responsible for processing Purchase Orders, requests interpretation, contracts registration, ensuring that the orders are aligned with company policies and properly entered in SAP, for a faster and more accurate invoice processing.
