Working with instrumentation, process control, electrical with experience in oil and gas plants commissioning and operation/ maintenance.Planning and supervision of instrumentation and control team on ICSS commissioning activities as well as regular preventive activities with maintenance plan start up.Responsible for maintenance plan implementation for all instrumentation and control devices onboard FPSO prioritizing the preventive checks of safety critical elements by submitting them to operational assurance criteria (SCE/OATS). Manage corrective actions and improvement points identified during pre-operations phase. Operation of the SAP system for maintenance management, stock control, parts cataloguing, and procurement.General E&I Ex rated equipment inspection based on IEC60079 compliance.Acting as team member on the elaborate and compilation of evidence related to provisional acceptance audits for regulatory authorities during FPSO commissioning phase. Responsible to carry on all the activities and tests related to pre-start up safety review (PSSR) related to the safety instrumented system and process control system. Coordination of HAZID/ HAZOP cause & effects logics proof tests.Reporting and certification of mechanical inspection and assembly verification in accordance with reference documentation and applicable rules, ITR’s reports.Calibration, measurement and maintenance of the various instruments used in process control as temperature, pressure, flow, level transmitters and valves in order to comply with both national and international FPSO certifications.Part of FPSO technical leadership in charge of keeping regulatory compliance, i.e. valid training certification for all E&I&C team, periodic certification of electrical standard equipment, tools, PPE in compliance with electrical authority regulation, periodic pressure and temperature instruments calibration to comply with boilers/ pressure vessels regulation.
