➢ Coordinate research and construction of plans for new business models and present them to the CEO and board with the aim of expanding markets/areas of activity (CVC, CVB and M&A).➢ Plan the actions of the RD&I department and monitor projects to ensure that the goals established in the planning phase are met, such as: Deadline,cost and quality.➢ Review and approve all R&D department documentation (bench forms, POCsand technical documentation) analyzing all relevant documentation with the purpose of ensuring that the New Product Development processes are complied with and respected;➢ Analyze data from proof-of-concept tests of products individually with the aim ofapprove or disapprove the product based on performance;➢ Validate tests to verify the behavior of prototypes;➢ Maintain interface with the PMO, Commercial and Marketing team to ensure the bestresults and adherence to customer needs;➢ Coordinate the New Product Development process: Market research, technical and financial feasibility analysis, as well as the the phases of development, testing and release to commercialization.

Main responsibilitiesWorking with global project manager, application and Sales Engineer (Mahle international and national plants). Suggesting solution, coordinating activities and always focusing win-win for both.Planning and coordinate all stage of the product development projects. Acting from quotation to ramp up product phase. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including production planning, operation outsourcing, sample inspection, shipment and reports.- Leading the project team, acting as PROJECT MANAGER at the plant, reviewing guidelines, ensuring the observance of terms defined in the project, as well as, all APQP documentation (Feasibility Analysis, PFMEA, PPAP, production preparation, etc...). Ensure that all customer requirements are being met during development phase (sample parts) to try avoiding that the product face any kind of problem during series production.Coordinate sample parts delivery to meet the due date agreed previously with the customer. Itau Bank On Site Engineer (CTO - SP).Main responsibilities:- Acting as intermediate among Cisco support team (TAC -Technical Assistance Customer - Global), Expert Engineer (HTE - High technical Engineer), HTOM (High Touch Operation Manager) and Itau bank technical team. - First contact point of the customer.- Make follow up of the tickets opened with Cisco Systems support team (TAC).- Increase the ticket severity when the customer business was facing serious impact.- Report all problems and tickets opened to Cisco high technical engineer. - Participate in all TAC conference call and make sure that Customer was satisfied with the Cisco support. Otherwise, it was necessary to contact the Cisco expert engineer. - Build a great relationship with the customer, understand the customer complaints and forward them to Cisco team, in order to improve and meet all customer expectation.
