Produce Monthly and Yearly Cash Flow and Budgets on a Company level. · Hands on management of all Accounting functions including A/P, A/R, HR and Payroll for 70 employees. Handle all government related issues, such as payroll tax payments, 941's, state and federal unemployment reports and W-2 processing. Set-up and manage Cafeteria Plan, Simple IRA, Health Plan and Dental Plan. · Coordinate all Insurance Related issues for Company including General Liability, Auto and Worker Compensation as well as manage all related Claims. Maintain all Insurance and documentation requirements for Sub Contractors including Contracts, W-9 and Contract Addendums. · Hire, Train and manage two accounting staff members participating in the daily processing of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billings and Collections. Assist General Manager in daily activity as well as help manage office staff and Project Managers. · Participate in numerous marketing events on behalf of the Company.

Established in 1908 Natkin was one the largest Mechanical Contractors in the United States during the 1980's and early 1990's producing revenue in excess of $500 Million yearly. · Managed Job Cost Control for four District Offices located in Denver, Portland, Seattle and Omaha producing annual revenue in excess of $150 Million. Successful projects include Denver International Airport, Coors Field, Water Treatment plants, Clean Rooms for Chip Manufacturers and numerous Hi-Rises in downtown Denver. · Process weekly Payroll for as many as 900 Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, Sheet Metal Workers and Laborers as well as process Union Reports tracking Fringe Benefits, Vacation Deductions, Dues and Retirement Funds.
