▪ Develop and continuously improve global ERP (1NAV) solution for Royal Canin through standardization and harmonization, in compliance with the Group best practices and with a special focus on Governance & Internal Control▪ Responsible for deploying the ERP solution in the finance domain in multiple countries, such as Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Thailand, Japan and Belarus▪ Lead the different phases of the project for the finance domain: assess the local requirements, obligations and needs; identify gaps, propose and develop solutions in line with the core processes; ensure the training of the local key users on the new ERP, among others▪ Manage and work closely with multidisciplinary teams (corporate, local and external partners) to ensure the good progress of the projects and the deadlines’ accomplishment in accordance with the defined milestones▪ Co-leading with local CFO the process of change management in the units as a result of the roll-out of the new ERP

▪ Responsible for managing and coordinating the finance department with dotted line to European CFO▪ Ensure the preparation and alignment of the budget and operation plan with local management team to be presented and discussed with regional management team▪ Support the changing process from a local unit to an Iberian cluster by preparing all the information to handover to the Iberian team and ensuring a smooth transition in the Finance area

▪ Review financial statements and other performance data (KPIs) to measure productivity, goal achievement and to identify areas to act ▪ Co-piloting role, developing reports to improve decision-making process of the Leadership Team▪ Preparation and submission of all reports to the Corporate Team▪ Preparation and submission of the Budget & Forecast for the financial area▪ Responsible for delivering the tax obligations to the local tax authorities, as well as the tax reports to the Corporate Team▪ Responsible for the signature of the company financial statements (TOC)

▪ Develop, monitor and analyze budgets on a monthly basis, supporting the Sales, Marketing and other operational teams in the decision making▪ Propose, implement and track initiatives with each company area to continuously improve the efficiency of Operations and decrease Overheads▪ Implementation of a Procurement & Purchasing process to ensure the timely recognition of invoices in the financial statements▪ Post invoices, prepare cash flow forecasts and prepare payments to the suppliers▪ Prepare company financial statements▪ Responsibility over the payroll process▪ Prepare and submit tax statements for the local authorities▪ Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with the reporting and accounting standards ▪ Responsible for the signature of the company financial statements (TOC)
