Fui responsável pela área de serviços da unidade ES, composta por 17 colaboradores. Estive a frente da gestão dos contratos de suporte (FINDES - Federação das Indústrias do ES, Prefeitura Municipal de Vila Velha, Prefeitura Municipal da Serra, Prefeitura Municipal de Aracruz e Banestes) e projetos da regional. Forte apoio à área comercial na pré-vendas, arquitetura de soluções (principalmente Cloud Computing e Segurança) e SAM (Baseline, Cloud Ready, Database e Cyber Security). Além da reestruturação e gestão da área de serviço (função primária), tive grande participação no projeto ASaaS (Allen Solution as a Services), que foi um modelo criado para ofertas de soluções de nuvem Microsoft baseadas em CSP (Cloud Services Provider).
