Mes missions se concentrent sur l’alignement des stratégies entre les différentes entités de PSD, le business development sur l’Afrique et la Turquie avec des KBOs ciblés et j’apporte aussi ma longue expérience de l’Afrique, de Caterpillar/Perkins, de l’Aftermarket et de l’animation de réseaux de Distribution par le leadership de projets structurants pour PSD.After 5 very intense years setting up Seco Power, Perkins Distributor in 22 countries in Africa, I felt the need and made the choice to take a step back from day-to-day operations to serve the interests of Seco Power and the Fétis Group from a different angle. I now hold the position of Business Development Manager for PSD - Power Systems Division, which manages the Perkins card and other cards for the Hydraulics and Transmission businesses in 27 countries in Europe, Turkey and Africa. My missions focus on aligning strategies between the various PSD entities, business development in Africa and Turkey with targeted KBOs and I also bring my long experience of Africa, Caterpillar/Perkins, the Aftermarket and the management of distribution networks through the leadership of structuring projects for PSD. As Regional Director of TEL AND COM, a Telecom Company, I got the responsability to develop the TEL AND COM network in France (Region Rhône Alpes). I had the responsability to choose a shop, to manage the implementation working, to hire and train people and once the shop opened, (3 shops opened in 4 months), to deal with suppliers (Orange, SFR and Bouygues Telecom).
