Finally we obtained the green light and the cash to make the acquisition, Bruno led the post merge integration and created a very sound plan, that, at the same time, delivered the synergies for the deal to make sense financially, while respecting the local DNA and competencies of the acquired target, leaving local knowledge intact, being able to defend the top line and keeping the key talent.
