Acting as a drilling and completion fluids engineer in offshore platforms, in the monitoring and treatment of drilling and completion fluids as well as cement jobs. Design, coordinate and execute procedures for fluid displacement, spudding, cement slurry displacement operations, preparation of mixing water and spacer, calculation of balance, circulation for cementation, preparation, mixing, pumping and displacement of slurry, return control, plugs (top and bottom), and wells (cement buffers). Calculations of technical and economic feasibility of the productive processes, developing tools to improve industrial practices. Elaboration of work strategies to obtain better results. Work team management, offload and backload of materials, chemicals, inventory control, generating good progress of operations and avoiding loss of time and increase in yields. Assessment of the fluid system status on the platforms. Well hydraulics simulations, fluid loss control for formation through loss circulation material pills, control of fluid to prevent drill waxing, well control, invasion of undesirable fluid in the well (kick) and monitoring of the inventory of chemicals, avoiding material losses. Acted as drilling fluid engineer in onshore bulk/fluids plant for offshore demand from international companies (TOTAL, SHELL, DEVON, CHEVRON, REPSOL). Preparation of fluid, properties check, pumping from mud plant to support boat, request of material. Technical support in the office in quality standards of the company, as well as assisting in project design, fluid volumetric sizing, with project engineers. Experience with Petrobras as an assistant in the rig monitoring, service reliability delivering excellent results, reduction in operating costs and profit for the company. Preparation of final well reports considering actual and projected costs, consumption of materials, troubleshooting, main treatments performed, lessons learned.
