- Price Bridge Report – simpler Excel file to customer managers easily update it with volume and price variation per account, which saved precious time of the team. This report helps the Sales Director to get a full picture of the month, in the beginning of each one, to use it as a guide for the Estimated Sales Meeting.- Sales Availability Management - Every month, after S&OP, I managed the availability as well as the allocation per account managers and customers. To do that smoothly, I created a meeting to reduce the cases that we had to wait for the Sales Director’s final word.- Sales Forecast and Forecast Accuracy – a meeting every one day before the month forecast review deadline to promote a market perception discussion with the commercial team, and also a gathering that they can bring their inputs on customer demand increase/decrease. After this meeting, Sales Director and I make some final adjustments in the forecast before sending to Planning.- Repricing failure report - Due to all the problems that we had with repricing in the past, I rescued an old report that identifies price issues by confronting invoices and sales orders. This report enabled us to recover the amount that we had not charged customers when we invoiced the order (approximately USD 2.7M in 2020). Also, I worked in a project that developed a new key in SAP to update the price at GI time which considerably minimized those kind of failures.- LEADS – I made some research of potential customers and shared this information with account managers in order to seek new opportunities for the business.

- Order entry for sales orders within the SAP environment for local orders;- Support Senior Account manager by confirming the second largest volume within P&SP business and pushing customers to order their demands on time.- Assume leadership of IPS weekly and monthly meeting;- Responsible for the consignment process for a critical customer of ours;- Tightened relationship with customers such as Cryovac (SealedAir) and Greif, by visiting their facilities, focusing on customer centricity;- Daily troubleshooting with customers to provide best service without causing any extra costs to Dow;- Visited customers and deepened my knowledge of how some of their processes work, as well as observing their facilities running and all technical applications of ours and competitor products; - Participated in price negotiation meetings and volume increase opportunities;- Responsible for providing the customer with all the necessary documentation and information.

- Responsible for managing P&SP business (portfolio of approx. 210 customers): collection, researches and resolution of customer payment discrepancies, teamwork with customer, commercial, CSR and CFS in order to find the best solution for customers’ problems.- During the closing period of 2017, I worked closely to commercial team, in an effort to anticipate our receipts in order to improve our working capital number. By that, I was recognized with an award by 2017 Year-End Collections Blitz which helped leading Brazil to became the best region result of that year.- Focal point for monthly reports

- Responsible for managing DAS business (portfolio of approx. 300 customers): collection, researches and resolution of customer payment discrepancies, teamwork with customer, commercial and CFS in order to find the best solution for customers’ problems.- Focal point for monthly reports and TFO process
