Working more than10 years at Londrina City Hall, where in the last 5 years at TI support with the following role:- Acting as the first point of contact for the troubleshooting of service requests relatedto network, software, application, and hardware configuration problems among others;- LAN and WAN network support technical responsible;- Installing, configuring, and updating network software, as well as maintaininghardware and network devices;- Focus on developments in network infrastructure and Technologies;- knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security issues;- Implement, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, includingwireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers;- Continually observing a security-aware approach;- Contribute to the setting up of operating procedures with other service teams toensure the remote support is carried out by Internal IT in an effective manner whilemaintaining efficiency;- Contributing to the articulation, maintenance, and enforcement of Internal ITprocedures and knowledge sharing across units via online tools;- Ensuring full cooperation and effective communication with 4 Secretaries (Health,Eldery, Social Assistance and Women);- Solve problems and visualize instant solutions;- Work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside city hall;
