I led the Motion Planning Research team of nine researchers and engineers. I was responsible for developing novel motion planning and decision-making algorithms incorporating machine learning approaches, proposing the research roadmap for the next generation of motion planning and decision-making algorithms, proposing new research projects, and coordinating cross-team efforts to further extend autonomous driving capabilities' domain. As a team lead, I promoted two team members, and as a result of one of our products, a new team was created.
