The BAV is an engineering company used for work purposes as a freelancer in fixed or temporary contracts. Executed Projects: Layout design project (Visio/CAD) and specification for commercial feasibility of a framing and printing shop (R$190K); Power supply system project (725.3KW) and Signaling (196 UTP Cat.6 points) for the installation of 179 LED panels located in Ciudad del Este/Paraguay; Legal approval project for power entry (28.7KVA) (direct/individual/aerial reading) at Enel-SP concessionaire for LED panel on a highway.

Upon taking over the leadership of operations, I prioritized optimizing deployment processes using a hybrid approach. Through the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs), I was able to increase operational efficiency and control over activities in the 177 LED panel installations, resulting in an 18% cost reduction. I led the implementation of a training system to significantly improve the knowledge of the team's 29 employees. This investment resulted in an increase in technical knowledge and execution efficiency, with a 9% reduction in field installation time.

Among my responsibilities were the planning, execution, and control of 368 work packages, allocating 26 direct employees and 17 third-party contractors across the projects, resulting in a total revenue of R$6.96M.Projects executed: São Luiz Hospital Campinas-SP, Nice Brasil Limeira-SP, ADP Brasil SP/POA, Mercado Livre SP/SC, McKinsey RJ, and Alphaville Jundiaí Engineering Consulting.

IT Infrastructure Coordinator responsible for organizing the activities of 9 team members, implementing security measures in 2 virtual environments, managing licensing for 158 operating systems, and supervising internal support. Also coordinated the new branch project, focusing on efficient schedule management for the execution of 18 work packages, including infrastructure, telecommunications cabling and RFID system assets/passives.

Contributes to the implementation of new management processes, assisting the sales team in the correct entry of the 13 new projects, in the improvement of existing work instructions for the 5 collaborators of our internal team and 6 third parties, aiming at the efficient execution and maintenance of the 1594 Digital Signage and DOOH media points. As responsible for the comprehensive management of active customers, I ensured an 8% reduction in player downtime (>=72hrs), guaranteeing the satisfaction of Digital Signage customers and, within the scope of DOOH, I guaranteed the delivery of messages with high quality and significant impact for their consumers.

As a project manager in the after-sales team, I led the implementation and execution of 65 electronic systems, HVAC, Digital Signage and Large LED projects, with total revenue of R$11.45M. My responsibilities included: Adapting the existing Japanese quality standard (QMS) to our reality, which was modified and approved in 6 months, 3 phases, 9 steps and 24 documents, with the commitment to maintaining the highest quality standard, meeting deadlines, respecting budgets and mitigating risks. As a Project Development Engineer in the pre-sales team, I tackled complex challenges and crafted innovative solutions for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Building Automation, Energy Management (EPMS), Professional or Emergency Sound Systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control, Perimeter Security, Structured Cabling (Telecommunications), and Digital Signage and/or IPTV.
