I worked in various positions in the kitchen. Learned how to manage my time to fully prep line before service. Learned different stations and how to work with other cooks. Focused on urgent and important tasks and how to prioritize them throughout the day. Working in the kitchen allowed me to gain a deeper appreciation for planning and preparation.My time in the front allowed me to serve tables and become a shift leader.
