Senior Engineer and Renewable Energy ProfessionalI have been deeply involved in the wind market since 2014 and currently oversee the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business in Brazil as Operations Director. Previously, I led operations engineering for Vestas across LATAM, managing high-performance teams across various disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, SCADA, Blades, and Multibrand.In my prior role, I managed O&M across multiple Brazilian states (RN, BA, CE, PI, and RJ) and spearheaded the implementation of Vestas’ first Multibrand Project in Brazil with Suzlon turbines in 2018. Between 2020 and 2022, I expanded the Multibrand fleet to include Alstom ECO122 turbines.Before transitioning to the renewable sector, I accumulated extensive experience in industrial maintenance as an Industrial Technician and Engineer from 1999 to 2014, leading high-performance service teams.
