Participation in the preparation of the manual for the implementation of new projects, respecting the guidelines of the document APQP4WIND in order to meet the permissions of a customer responsible for more than 50% of the company's revenue and being responsible for 4 projects (Quality Assurance, Reinstallation and Validation of Molds, Material Registration Procedure and Purchase of Equipment for a new production line);Responsible for weekly meetings with customers and service teams that carried out field repairs, to understand the complains and survey the indicators related to the QA theme, so that later these situations could be corrected and prevented. At the end of this stage, it was possible to create a procedure with all the necessary information by the “Voice of Costumer” area;Performance in the conduction of the Mold Reinstallation and Validation project, due to the commercialization of blades for export, going through the following steps: alignment with the customer of the necessary deliveries, the reinstallation and testing of the molds in the productive environment and engineering report generation, as well as final client approval. The restart of production and validation by the client was within the period estimated by the board;Responsible for collecting information related to mistakes found in purchase orders, being first discussed with the product, controllership, maintenance and supplies teams, resulting in the creation of a procedure, which had the purpose of standardizing the way the products should be registered by professionals in the SAP system. Due to the critical nature of the situation, a registration center was created to better control the process;Conducting a project to purchase equipment for a new production line with 6 molds, including the tax reduction request step (ex-tariff). All equipment was received in such a way as not to impact the delivery of blades and the target of savings in taxes was reached, exceeding R$ 2.5 million.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager and functional supervision of two analysts;Interface with the technicians of the clients' quality area, with the goal of dealing with the topics of the quality plan, involving the steps: approval of deviation requests, analysis of non-conformities related to field defects and audits. In addition, I was responsible for reviewing and sending invoicing reports to customers, with the blades data. In 2017, 100% of invoicing approvals were reached, with 85% within the expected term, positively impacting the company's cash flow;Conducting technical analysis of drawings and specifications of the inspection process and requirement of existing products, as well as the appropriate acceptance criteria, and when necessary, the development of inspection equipment and devices;Conducting meetings with the teams from the areas involved in the manufacture of the blades (engineering, production, quality and maintenance), with the objective of presenting the process monitoring data to define the action plans, resulting in defects and cycle reductions;At the request of a company's director, immediately upon entering the company, I received the challenge of carrying out an internal audit of the entire production process, in order to guarantee compliance with a specific blade model that recently resumed manufacturing. At the end of the audit, all points found were quickly corrected and negotiated when necessary with the client, the date of change and implementation;Excellent work with the evaluation of customer complaints, regarding the situations of wind blades arising from end of warranty inspections. In the years 2017 and 2018, it proved that 80% of the complaints were not related to the guarantee, in view of more than one thousand defects claimed.

Conducting technical analysis of drawings and specifications of processes and product requirements, as well as the appropriate acceptance criteria;Creation of material lists for different blade designs, either for a preview of values, as well as in the prototype and serial phase of the product. In addition, carrying out the calculation and control of local content for purposes of meeting the FINAME-BNDES;Full guarantee to customer requirements, in relation to manufacturing processes and when necessary to make changes;Evaluation of purchase orders made by customers in different projects with due analysis above the specifications;Achieved an important result on a trip to Spain with the objective of having a deeper and clearer understanding of a new wind turbine model to be developed in Brazil. The client had difficulty expressing his need locally and for this reason it was necessary to go to the headquarters. Through meetings in Spain and alignments with international teams, it was possible to clarify the main guidelines for the full conduct of the project;Participation in the implementation of the PLM Windchill (Product Lifecycle Management) software, being responsible for the changes and subsequent maintenance of the 2 products BoM. This modification made possible traceability and management of BoM configurations, facilitating modifications and reducing impacts on the production process.

Responsible for the Quality Control teams of 3 production units, non-concurrent, supervising and providing resources for analysts, assistants and inspectors, in order to perform work with excellence and ensure the goals of the department towards the company's strategies;Elaboration of reports in attention to managers in the areas of production and engineering, with the purpose of designing action plans, implying cost reduction, minimization of defects and review of production cycles.
