At the end of this stage, it was possible to create a procedure with all the necessary information by the “Voice of Costumer” area;Performance in the conduction of the Mold Reinstallation and Validation project, due to the commercialization of blades for export, going through the following steps: alignment with the customer of the necessary deliveries, the reinstallation and testing of the molds in the productive environment and engineering report generation, as well as final client approval. The restart of production and validation by the client was within the period estimated by the board;Responsible for collecting information related to mistakes found in purchase orders, being first discussed with the product, controllership, maintenance and supplies teams, resulting in the creation of a procedure, which had the purpose of standardizing the way the products should be registered by professionals in the SAP system. Due to the critical nature of the situation, a registration center was created to better control the process;Conducting a project to purchase equipment for a new production line with 6 molds, including the tax reduction request step (ex-tariff). All equipment was received in such a way as not to impact the delivery of blades and the target of savings in taxes was reached, exceeding R$ 2.5 million.

In the years 2017 and 2018, it proved that 80% of the complaints were not related to the guarantee, in view of more than one thousand defects claimed.

Conducting technical analysis of drawings and specifications of processes and product requirements, as well as the appropriate acceptance criteria;Creation of material lists for different blade designs, either for a preview of values, as well as in the prototype and serial phase of the product. Through meetings in Spain and alignments with international teams, it was possible to clarify the main guidelines for the full conduct of the project;Participation in the implementation of the PLM Windchill (Product Lifecycle Management) software, being responsible for the changes and subsequent maintenance of the 2 products BoM. This modification made possible traceability and management of BoM configurations, facilitating modifications and reducing impacts on the production process.
