Co-founder Yawn Capital investments, a company based in managing crypto asset portfolios. I was in charge of the stakeholders relationships, and the financial status of the business, providing a safe and healthy line of comunication, and a clear view of the goals and procceses involved in order to reach them.

I was lead bartender in Compari Bar, organizing the bar flow, the drinks menu, and the mise in place in order to have clean processes and a clean bar, with a smooth and joyfull work enviroment.

As an in house administrator I acted in a polivalent way, adapting myself to the tasks required. Sometimes as a translator for Southafrican business partners, other time as a comercial strategy planner, but mostly as a project coordinator in the exportarion cargo operations.

I was the general manager's right hand in the finances department, collecting, counting and depositing the money, giving it propper control and acountability to each area by balancing their bills against the cash. Reaching the weeckly goals and completing the correspondant reports in order to keep the house tidy.

I was mentored by very distinctive university professors who founded a comercial consulting company. Here they thaught me about sales, negotiation, leadership and emotional intelligence. Later on I gave those courses in a controlled enviroment, and also became a part of the comercial and the consulting team as an account executive.

I worked as a lead bartender at wedings and events with Miguel Albelda's Catering business. Miguel was a great employer and chef, and was always focused in the quality of attention, and the profesionalism behind the bar.

I started as a volunteer giving english and math lessons, and ended as head of the contruction department, with a considerable task force. I coordinated the work crew, the material delivery, the budget and the schedule, all of these while being hands on preparing cement and laying bricks, I was second only to the president who was always the first on scene, with a shovel in his hands and a smile in his face, and thats the leadership example that I grew with have and profess.

I finished the Brindisi Bartenders Course, and giving the success of my authors cocktail I stayed as a trainee for a few months.
