Informconf was acquired by Equifax International in joint venture with Bancard S.A. in Oct 2014.Created and developed the Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement functions within Finance. Implemented US GAAP for corporate reporting purposes. Executed M&A Due Diligence audit, risk management and tax issues recommendations to fully align the new venture to Equifax’s corporate standards.Synchronized Equifax and Informconf Billing Cycles and reorganized all accounting and finance processes to fulfil with corporate accounting month close due dates. These actions reduced month close from 10 to 3 business days. Led almost 30 staff among Accounting, Collections, Billing, Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury units.

Manage an administrative budget of USD 0.8 million and a team of 14 analysts.
