Follow-up and measurement of technical problems, analysis of problems and drafting of technical reports work in close collaboration with the manufacturer CAT. Establish an action plan to correct problems and satisfy customers.

Support the customer SNIM following the fleet 29 X 789D and 19 X 785C to take in charge the warranty claim. Managing the technicians on site to fixed the problems during the warranty cover.Following the instruction from the factory CAT to applied all service letter or special instruction in relation with theses fleet.

Since 01/03/13 I'm site Manager on a gold mine in Ivory Coast I manage the contract PSA technical assistance for the fleet Caterpillar 777F, 777G, D9R,16M, 992G.Install the communication between the customer and JA Delmas.Managing the technician team CAT on site to assisted the customer maintenance team.Delivery and commissioning of equipment's give the training for the troubleshooting and repair.Assisted the maintenance management to performed regular audits.Administrative Warranty file and Service Report failures analysis of component's.Establish condition monitoring strategy plans for the rebuilt machines. Analyze the data VIMS, ET, RAC, FPO to created the VIMS monthly report with FPO. Help the Customer to increase his production.
