Since December 2022, I have served as the vice president of sales and new business at Infotec Brazil, a company specialized in business process (BPO) and workforce outsourcing, focusing on the oil & gas, electric power, mining, and steel industries. In addition to leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 35 people in the sales, marketing, and market intelligence areas, I am responsible for ensuring the company's continuous revenue growth through new business and strategic partnerships. I also participate on the Infotec Brazil advisory board, presenting results obtained, new projects and markets, thus contributing to the company's strategic decision-making.

Also at Infotec Brazil, I worked as business director for six years. During this period, I was responsible for all of the company's commercial management, with the goal of increasing growth through new sales and entering new market segments. I also led the implementation of a new sales process model, based on technology and innovation, to ensure robustness and operational efficiency in the marketing, market intelligence, and products/innovation structures, through the outsourcing of the business process, known as BPO - Business Process Outsourcing. During my tenure, I contributed to the company's growth of over 500% in a 4-year period, going from a portfolio of 40 contracts across 15 clients to a portfolio of 80 contracts across more than 40 active clients. Additionally, at that time, we conquered important segments such as mining, energy, sanitation and oil & gas, based on an effective asset management and innovation strategy.

As Infotec Brazil's Manager of new business, I was responsible for new business development activities, including projects in government, private companies and state-owned enterprises. Additionally, I actively participated in defining the annual sales planning with a multidisciplinary team of five people, always seeking operational efficiency and implementation of best ESG practices. One of the main results achieved during my tenure as new business manager was the company's steady growth, around 20% per year, with expanded services for active clients and strong growth at Petrobras, our main client at the time.

I began my career at Infotec Brazil in 2003 as a project and contract manager, a role I held for three and a half years. During this period, I was responsible for managing all outsourcing contracts and business process outsourcing, including the implementation, operation and demobilization phases.
