There, as an operational intern for over a year and a half, I managed the logistics of industrial maintenance technicians, assisted in the development of maintenance control software, and trained both technicians and clients on its use, always striving for excellence and efficiency.With a diverse career path, I had the opportunity to work on the factory floor at a brush manufacturing company, where I learned the importance of processes and precise execution. Recently, I’ve embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by launching my own online store, expanding my skills in e-commerce.It was during my transition to the commercial and relationship management field that I truly found my passion and purpose. Working as an SDR/BDR, I broke records and consistently delivered high-quality results from the start, deeply connecting with the sales process, prospecting, and business development.I believe in the power of relationships and in constantly seeking improvement, whether through effective prospecting strategies, strengthening client relationships, or taking on the new challenge of online commerce.
