Management of the AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS North American subsidiary.During my role as Vice President and Country Manager, I have guided and directed a team of nine people while formulating data-driven reports and presenting them to the CEO for informed decision-making. I directed overall aspects regarding the development and commercial launch of an Autoimmune Immunofluorescence Assay Quality Control product line and associated web portal. I oversaw the QC product line's research and development, manufacturing, regulatory processes, and marketing activities. One of my key tasks was conceptualizing and implementing a manufacturing scale-up plan with a keen focus on meeting forecasted growth. Within this job role, I have ensured the transparency of cash by updating and executing a new accounting system.
