Oversee the creation and structure of the entire Butler Department at Majestic Hotel with main duties such as ensuring all Butlers are properly groomed and dressed, have knowledge of in-suite services within Royal Suites and luxury suites, technology and amenities and training Butlers in their performance and work related activities. Lead and conduct regular inspections of all butler areas and work with other operating departments to manage VIP guests and customers requests.

Oversee and support the operations at Mandarin Oriental to ensure profitability and a memorable dining experience, gastronomic concept headed by Chef Àngel León (3* Michelin). Implement and support the brand’s philosophy and company culture with main duties such as revenue analysis and forecasts, monitor KPIs, coordinate communication between departments, manage and inspect teams’ performances, oversee restaurant operations and deliver high standard of customer services.
