I was the line manager responsible for delivering rapid transformation and shift in the results of operations while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. We’ve put a great focus on implementing TPM standards (AM, PM, and Focus Improvement), resulting in record line performance and robust daily management systems in place. By the end of the second year, I was developing and coordinating the factory strategy for digitalization. which consisted of the implementation of new MES, moving to paperless operations, and leveraging the use of digital solutions and tools to improve site information flow, performance measures, and reporting.

I was responsible for managing a mid-size project ($3.5m Capex). The project consisted in adapting the existing manufacturing systems to a new product lineup and expanding production capacity. The project followed a complete engineering framework from feasibility to start-up and was recognized for its flawless execution, delivering a vertical start-up on budget and ahead of schedule.Responsibilities included: ▪ Coordinating the engineering activities during the conceptual phase, funding, detailed design, construction, and start-up. I was responsible for the budget, schedule, procurement, construction supervision, and managing stakeholders.

As start-up leader I was responsible for the formation of operations teams, developing the start-up strategy and schedule, and commissioning of all new manufacturing systems and products to archive operations vertical start-up. I was assigned to this role in two large-scale projects involving the construction of new facilities with the introduction of new processes and equipment. ▪ The first project consisted of the relocation of the operations while upgrading both equipment and formulas to the global platform with a stretch schedule to support market supply.▪ the Second project was the start-up of a new manufacturing operation from the ground up in one P&G Greenfield Site (over $120m Capex). The operation was later considered a global benchmark.
