This includes multimedia design, graphic and video handling, using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, and others. I oversee solution development, ensuring proper use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo, Moodle, and others. I manage localisation and accessibility, adhering to WCAG 2.1 standards and handling projects in 16 languages. Globally, I support Tack TMI partners in software and content development projects to support their business. Internally, I aid Tack TMI Global's digitalisation through workflow management tools and training activities.

At Tack TMI Italy, I lead the "Digital Services" team, overseeing eLearning platforms and digital service for apprenticeship contract management. I manage a team of 8, ensuring smooth operations, conducting training for junior members, and optimising workflows. I contribute to sales growth, doubling the "extended enterprise" service sales. Additionally, I explore new business opportunities, successfully launching a training campaign for 17,000 employees without additional resources. I actively participate in strategic meetings, collaborating with top management on technology investments and aligning with global partners for scalable growth.

My job at Altaformazione involves strategic learning development, project management, and custom course development.• My responsibilities include collecting learning needs from clients, planning and supervising the production process, working with Subject Matter Experts to develop course content, enhancing learners' performance through the development of learning experiences, coordinating the development department, proofing and reviewing course flow and functionality, and advising customers on different solutions for creating custom LMS platforms.• Orchestrated almost 30 new courses to meet within other compliance and soft skills/sales skills improvement needs.
