I provided them with banking and advisory services, such as credit, investment management, pension funds, and charitable giving. As part of the Private advisors team, I supported offshore investments. I developed and presented investment proposals, aligned with the bank’s recommended allocation and the client’s needs. I also contributed to the integration of the onshore and offshore investment report as well as enhancing the customer experience.

During my risk trainee program, I gained experience in various risk domains:Operational risk (compliance): I performed risk analysis on the adoption of the AGILE methodology for bank software development and ensured alignment with best practices and standards.Fraud prevention: I designed and implemented preventive measures to deter and detect fraud attempts in ATM transactions and I safeguarded the customer's assets.Credit risk: I developed and validated a credit risk model using Random Forest algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of credit decisions for corporate clients. The model resulted in a revenue increase of R$ 25 million in three months.Market and liquidity risk: I participated in the verification of Unusual Trades and the quality control of the prices recorded by the Treasury pricing area.
