- Complete refurbishment and rebranding from 4* to a 5*Hotel.
- Managed to design and aplly a 3 months training plan to adjust and prepare staff to new standards
- Sucessfully designed and readjusted personal map to the new reality (we went from aprox. 80 to 150 FTE's as the Hotel opened three new F&B outlets and a SPA)
- Creation and implementation of a completely new Gym dedicated only for employes, as result of team member's engagement survey from previous year.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of the annual HR Budget plan, monthly forecasting and reporting, sucessfully controlling and adjusting payroll costs and ratios to revenue variations.
