More of 25 years of professional activity and the possibility to live many important experiences, in national and multinational context. I managed activities and human resources, in technical and sales departments, allocated over international sites, assuming the responsibility to develop new markets and drive existing Business Units towards more challenging goals. So, I was involved in many start-up of IT and Telco companies. A strong enthusiasm, a pragmatic approach to the problem solving, close to a right emotional balance and the capacity of taking on behalf of the company to an international level, led to achieve very good results in terms of high recovery of profit. These results were possible also for the strong motivation transmitted to the middle management, at the same time with a careful qualification of the same. A very important capacity of mediation and orientation to the problem solving, together with the pleasure of working with passion, complete my features.
