The Zubair project is a “brown field project” in which two main phases can be defined:Rehabilitation Phase (RP) in which includes the revamping of existing facilities to maximise production capacity of the existing treatment plants (6 de-gassing stations) rehabilitation of wells (more then 100),gathering network and overall facilities, plus installation of new facilities as requiredEnhanced Redevelopment Phase (ERP). During this phase the installation of new permanent production facilities to achieve the plateau rate of oil production (with natural flowing and artificial lift systems) requiring also water injection to support reservoir pressure and maintain it above saturation pressure.• Provide advice for the HSE management of the activities and support company Management to establish high HSE standards & goals• Identify key performances indicators with related targets appropriate for the process • Develop, maintain and promote the implementation of the HSE integrated management system in line with eni standards• Manage the risks in ZFOD activities throughout the mitigation actions identified in the company Risk Register• Ensure HSE Plan is followed • Liaise with HR Dept. to plan and develop HSE training classrooms • Follow and review the proper Management of Change• Set up and review DGSs HAZID and mitigation/corrective actions in place• Plan the resources allocation • Implement and maintain emergency preparedness and response capability• Promote and contribute to grow of HSE culture within client and contractors local personnel• Contract owner of strategic services such as ambulance service, fire truck service, training, etc.
