Preparation of the company’s Info Pack to support the fundraising process:- creation of a long-term financial model encompassing company’s business plan for the next 5 years- company’s valuation by DCF and multiples of trading comparable companies/transactions- preparation of marketing materials (teasers, Information memorandum, Q&As)Identification of potential investors and definition of approaching strategy:- coordination of meetings, including visits to productive units and meeting with key executives- analysis of the non-binding offers and definition of the strategy to be adopted in the negotiation phase

Involvement and support to the fundraising process of a new fund:- creation of a Due Diligence Questionnaire, Private Placement Memorandum and additional marketing presentations to existing and new potential investors - creation of track record spreadsheets and presentations regarding the previous funds of the Firm including hurdle and carry calculation - launch and management of a data room with all the required documents for the investors’ analysisInvolvement and support on the investment process and monitoring of 2 investments made by Stratus: one player in the contact center industry and one player in the low-cost segment of fitness chains- Valuation of potential investments, sector screening and research; quarterly valuation of the portfolio - Support on the internal phases of the investment process, co-investment materials, organization and preparation of investment documents- Weekly and monthly monitoring through control panel of financials/ KPIs and participation on the Board of Directors, respectively- Preparation of quarterly monitoring packages for internal purposes and quarterly reports to investorsPreparing institutional and marketing presentations, filling international private equity databases, presenting Stratus’ investment thesis to M&A advisors/ brokersOnline training on financial modeling (Wall Street Prep), governance (IBGC - best practices in corporate governance) and business law (focused on privately held company law – “Lei das S.As.”)
