Performing Line Station Maintenance to Iberia and Vueling flights on outstation Dakar. One man team job. Responsible for all activity evolving Iberia and Vueling flights, keeping stocks and tooling available at all times and in perfect condition, keeping all manuals updated and reporting to base all activity performed on the aircrafts. From simple checks and replacements to MEL dispatches and AOG situations, proud to ensure that not a single aircraft was every delayed due to technical problems, providing all the necessary assistance on time to technical and cabin crews, managing at the same time with handling support. Many times doing more than required works, as marshalling, handling assistance and operations support, creating a liaison between crews and ground support.

Performing C-checks on A330 and A340 aircrafts for customers like Brussels Airlines, SAS, Lufthansa. Team leader on Structures and Engines teams. Performing full scope of works from day 0 to delivery, going from operational and functional checks to repairs, troubleshooting and many other scheduled and unscheduled tasks. Engine and T/R replacements and fuel repairs. Managing and supporting working teams and work parties, providing on time works. Jobs preparing to all teams, providing them all the technical information and parts needed to accomplish the work without any failure or delay.

Performing Line Maintenance Release to Service, A-checks, Transit checks, Daily and Weekly checks, AOG, Troubleshooting and MEL dispatch, in all Licensed Aircrafts. Several companies served like Jet Airways, Qatar Airways, Etihad, Airways, SmartLynx, Turkish Airlines, TAP Portugal, Lufthansa, EasyJet and several other companies on-call. Also cabin modification for A340. Performing work in behalf of Lufthansa Technik Brussels in Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International in Frankfurt, on a A340 C-Check as a B1 Certifying Staff.

Being part of a very dynamic team, I was always between A-checks, C-cheks, cabin mods and everything else that was required on a day by day basis plan. Worked in all aircraft systems , from engines to flight controls, from cabins to air conditioning, from landing gears to hydraulics, every day was a new challenge with many tasks to perform. Proud to finish all the works proposed sooner than planned, providing then support for all the other team members in order to deliver all the work on time for the team, creating a very cohesive team and always maintaining and good work environment.

First time contractor. Gaining experience in team leadership and new concepts of maintenance philosophy. Worked here on all A320, A330 and A340. The final product I can be proud to say that was a very good increase in quality specially on developing team to all quality procedures such as Deferreds, SDR, DBC, etc, and achieving results within TAT without client complains. Responsible for all the team work, from opening on defect orders to providing the technical solutions and respective materials, so that the works when started were always done until finished in the shortest time possible to avoid any delays and to skip any downtimes.
