Principal activities:• Management of R&D activities conducted in national and international companies (CROs) (Europe, USA and China);• Synthesis and semi synthesis of organic compounds and degradation products;• Structural elucidation of organic compounds using NMR (1D and 2D experiments), IR, LC-MS, GC-MS, HRMS and UV-Vis techniques;• Development of analytical methods using LC-DAD, LC-MS and GC-MS techniques;• Preparation of nitrosamines risk assessment of API and finished product in accordance with scientific articles and guides from ANVISA (RDC 677/2022 and Guide nº 50/2021), EMA and FDA agencies;• Theoretical calculation of purge factor for compounds with potential genotoxicity based on ICH M7 guideline;• Writing scientific articles and patents.
