I worked as intern in Technician Support of Software.I was responsible by :- Help clients with problems in reports;- Fix bugs in softwares developed in Delphi (Object Pascal);- Develop, support and fix queries (T-SQL);- Keep and support legacy systems, developed in Delphi, like ERPs and PPCPs, for example;- Elaborate and support programmed reports (Stimulsoft Reports, FastReport, QuickReport);- Control the version of the source with Git;

I perfomed the following taks:- Assist with the computer hardware maintenance;- Assist in events and talks;- Creation of the banners, invites and certifieds (using Photoshop and Sony Vegas) for events developed together with the Gerências Regionais de Canoinhas;- Assist in elaboration of articles (audio and text) for newspapers, radios and sites about the main events of the region;
