Applied skills to increase equipment efficiency, reliability and operational productivity in WestRock's manufacturing environment. Tasked with regular projects that ranged from safety to process optimization. Had a heavy emphasis on safety, teamwork, process improvement and troubleshooting.

- Designed various parts for professors from ABS plastic on the Lulzbot 3D Printer. - Utilized the Voxel 8 and Envisiontec Bioplotter 3-D Printer to print silicone.- Designing a cell membrane from 3-D printed silicone in order to investigate the manner in which different types of cells react in an environment with repetitive stretching - Designed a tooth and gum model for a dental pocket for the VCU school of Dentistry• Conducting various 3-D printing tests, such as variations in pressure, in order to achieve consistent micron line width and pore dimensions• Investigating the accuracy of prints using a Zeiss Light Microscope and adjusting the printing parameters accordingly• Preparing silicone for the printing process using a digital scale and a centrifuge
