I'm a graduate from ENSMA (Poitiers, France). I have 25 years of experience in WASH and IWRM projects in Africa and Latin America, working on feasibility studies, institutional/policy issues, sector assessment, financial models, design of management models and training material, as well as project evaluation and knowledge management. I facilitated numerous workshops and conferences in various countries and also authored several guidebooks on WSS project implementation (Mali, Chad, Argentina, Niger, Haiti, Senegal, Mauritania, etc.). In the last ten years, I particularly worked on water and sanitation issues in low-income areas of African and Latin American capital cities (Ouagadougou, Port-au-Prince, Nouakchott, Maputo, Kigali, Dar es Salaam, Buenos Aires, Dakar, Niamey, etc.) as well as in small and medium towns (Tanzania, Colombia, Senegal, Niger, Mali, Benin, Kenya, etc.). I joined HYDROCONSEIL in 1995, and I'm currently the chairman of the company.
