Originally from Lisbon, I’ve moved from the vibrant energy of Copenhagen and London, to the warmth of Florida and welcoming serenity of Madeira, every place has offered invaluable experiences. Along the way, I am grateful to have been part of transformative long-term retreats in India and Nepal, experiences that deeply enriched my understanding of myself and others.I'm also a multimedia enthusiast and producer, always trying to find ways to tell compelling stories. I've recently channeled this passion into launching a podcast network, where we dive into our love for movies, tv, mind training, self development, and everything in between.My educational background in psychology and business strategy has provided a solid foundation for my professional endeavors, enabling me to approach challenges with a holistic lens. With experience in coordinating a meditation study group and serving on the board of a Buddhist center, I strive to bring compassion and mindfulness to every interaction, aiming to leave a positive impact on everyone I meet.I’m a husband and father to two amazing boys. They inspire me daily to be the best version of myself, reminding me that life's greatest joys often come from the simplest moments.Fluent in Portuguese and English, intermediate at Spanish, and faking my way through Danish and French, I cherish the opportunity to connect with diverse people, engaging in enriching conversations and collaborative ideas.Moving forward, the goal is to continue to investigate the best way to combine self development and professional excellence, fostering environments where productivity and well-being are hand in hand.
