As a business student at the Bahia State University (UNEB) I had the opportunity to train at the Bahia State Institute of Environment and Water Resources (INEMA) and the Bahia State Court of Justice (TJ-BA). From the experiences acquired in the university years, I would highlight:- Record and compile all information regarding the trips made by the SER Program caravans, providing follow-up reports (people reached, cities visited, etc.);- Organize all the logistics required to carry out the SER program caravans and- Preparation of the article entitled “Factors that Influence the Process of Selecting Shopping Center Units in Salvador” that quantified the factors, characterized the profile of the surveyed public, weighed the consumer's perception regarding the location of the malls and mapped the factors of greatest relevance in the process of choosing consumers. The article was later presented and published in Convibra Business 2017.Later I had the opportunity to work 4 years in the Public Defender's Office of the State of Bahia. Where:- I was responsible for implementing the control spreadsheet of contracts and agreements in force, which allowed the direct analysis of all key data (deadlines, value used and available, contacts, observations, possibility of additives, etc.) thus facilitating management processes;- Created the spreadsheet of contracts and extinct agreements, cataloging all existing information so that they can be consulted in an organized and assertive manner;- I was responsible for monitoring the financial execution of contracts and agreements, verifying the due process rendering of the services rendered and/or the acquired goods and releasing the processes for settlement;- I have always sought to integrate the procurement, bidding, contracts and agreements, budget and financial sectors, in order to ensure the most assertive flow for the institution's procurement and procurement processes;- I was master of ceremonies at the end-of-year confraternization (2013) and the Possession of the General Public Defender for the 2015/2017 Biennium and- I was a member of the team responsible for the Inventory of Property of the Public Defender of the State of Bahia in 2016 and 2017.Email: bruno_agomes@icloud.com
