- Elaboration of purchase orders; - Emission of electronical invoices;- Elaboration of billing authorizations;- Microsoft CRM Dynamics administrator;- Control of employee and interns time tracking records- Input and control of distributors sales in our system

- Payroll- Responsible to file all the medical records - Administrative routines
